Text
The provisions of the Act of Congress known as the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical
Education Improvement Act of 2006, codified at 20 U.S.C. §2301 et seq., as amended, and the
benefit of all funds appropriated under said Act and all other Acts pertaining to career and
technical education, are accepted.
