Text
As used in this part:
1.“Approved career and technical education program” means a career and technical
education program offered by a school district or community college and approved by the
department which meets the standards for career and technical education programs adopted
by the state board under this part.
2.“Approved practitioner preparation school, department, or class” means a school,
department, or class approved by the state board as entitled under this part to federal
moneys for the training of teachers of career and technical education subjects.
3.“Approved regional career and technical education planning partnership” means a
regional entity that meets the standards for regional career and technical education planning
partnerships adopted by the state board pursuant to se
