Text
1.For cases for which services are being provided pursuant to chapter 252B, an obligor
who fails to maintain medical support for the benefit of the dependent as ordered shall be
liable to the obligee or the department for any medical expenses incurred from the date of the
court order. Proof of failure to maintain medical support constitutes a showing of increased
need and provides a basis for the establishment of a monetary amount for medical support.
2.For cases for which services are being provided pursuant to chapter 252B, the obligor
shall notify the obligee and the department within ten days of a change in the terms or

conditions of coverage under a health benefit plan. Such changes may include, but are not
limited to, a change in deductibles, coinsuranc
