The department shall establish within child support services an information and
administration coordinating center which shall serve as a registry for the receipt of
information and for answering interstate inquiries concerning absent parents and
shall coordinate and supervise child support services’ activities. The information and
administrationcoordinatingcentershallpromotecooperationbetweenchildsupportservices
and law enforcement agencies to facilitate the effective operation of child support services.
