Text
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, the maximum reimbursement provided to
an adoptive parent under the adoption subsidy program for nonrecurring adoption expenses
is one thousand dollars. For the purposes of this section, “nonrecurring adoption expenses”
means the same as defined in 45 C.F.R. §1356.41. The department shall adopt rules pursuant
to chapter 17A to administer this section.
