Text
An entity certified by the centers for Medicare and Medicaid services of the United States
department of health and human services as a federal program of all-inclusive care for the
elderly shall not be required to be certified as an adult day services program under this
chapter. A program of all-inclusive care for the elderly, as used in this section, shall not
identify itself or hold itself out to be an adult day services program as defined in section
231D.1.
