Text
A person admitted to a county institution or admitted at state expense to a private hospital,
sanitarium,orotherfacilityfortreatment,training,instruction,care,habilitation,andsupport
as a patient with an intellectual disability shall be liable to the state for the reasonable cost of
the support as provided in section 222.78.
