1.The department may continue to bill for state resource center services utilizing a scope
ofservicesapproachusedforprivateprovidersofintermediatecarefacilitiesforpersonswith
an intellectual disability services, in a manner which does not shift costs between the medical
assistanceprogram, mentalhealthanddisabilityservicesregions, orothersourcesoffunding
for the state resource centers.
