Text
Upon such certificate the director of the department of administrative services shall, if
the institution named has sufficient funds, issue the director’s warrants upon the state
treasurer, for the amounts and to the claimants indicated on the warrants. The director of the
department of administrative services shall deliver the warrants issued to the department,
who will cause the warrants to be transmitted to the payees of the warrants.
