Text
The commission shall have the following powers and duties:
1.To adopt, amend, or rescind procedures as necessary for the conduct of commission
meetings.
2.To sit as the final reviewing body for decisions issued by an administrative law judge
following an appeal from a contested case hearing.
3.To make policy recommendations to the director for consideration to be incorporated
with any recommendations from the agency to the governor and general assembly.
