215.4 Tag for inaccurate or incorrect device — reinspection — license fee.
A commercial weighing and measuring device found to be inaccurate or incorrect upon
inspection by the department shall be rejected or tagged “condemned until repaired” and the
inspectionstickershallberemoved. Ifnoticeisreceivedbythedepartmentthatthedevicehas
beenrepairedanduponreinspectionthedeviceisfoundtobeaccurateorcorrect,alicensefee
may be charged for the reinspection. However, a second license fee shall be charged if upon
reinspection the device is found to be inaccurate. The device shall be tagged “condemned”
and removed from service if a third reinspection fails.
