Text
1.An application for a permit shall contain a blasting plan which outlines the procedures
and standards by which the operator will meet the requirements of the division.
2.The division may promulgate rules requiring the training, examination, and
certification of persons engaging in or directly responsible for blasting or use of explosives
in coal mining operations.
