Text
A soil and water conservation district commissioner who is an owner or occupant of land
being damaged by sediment has the same right as any other person in like circumstances
to file a complaint under section 161A.47; however, a commissioner who is the complainant
shall not vote on the question whether, on the basis of the inspection made pursuant to the
complaint, the commissioners shall issue an administrative order under section 161A.47.
