Text
A registered nurse licensed pursuant to chapter 152 or 152E shall be authorized to assist
in the administration of immunizations and vaccinations and the utilization of statewide
protocols, pursuant to a pharmacist’s order and consistent with the practice of the profession
of a registered nurse as defined in section 152.1, without obtaining a registration from the
board.
