ApersonconductingahotelinviolationofaprovisionoftheIowahotelsanitationcodemay be restrained by injunction from operating that hotel. If an imminent health hazard exists, the hotel, or as much of the hotel as is necessary, must cease operation. Operation shall not be resumed until authorized by the regulatory authority.
