Text
Fees for radiology and pathology services must be paid for as medical and not hospital
services. In all cases where payment is to be made by a corporation organized pursuant to
chapter514, paymentforradiologyandpathologyservicesshallbemadebyamedicalservice
corporation and not by a hospital service corporation.
