methamphetamine education.
As a component of the federal funding received by the department as the administering
agency for the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children,
from the United States department of agriculture, food and nutrition service, the department
shallincorporateamethamphetamineeducationprogramintoitsnutritionandhealth-related
educationservices. Thedepartmentshallberesponsibleforthedevelopmentoftheeducation
program to be delivered, and for the selection of qualified contract agencies to deliver the
instruction under the program.
