1.Thedepartmentmaypurchaseanddistributeantitoxins, serums, vaccines, immunizing agents, antibiotics, andotherpharmaceuticalagentsormedicalsuppliesasdeemedadvisable in the interest of preparing for or controlling a public health disaster.
