Text
Prior to filing an application pursuant to section 125.75, the clerk of the district court or
the clerk’s designee shall inform the interested person referred to in section 125.75 about
the option of requesting a preapplication screening assessment through a preapplication
screening assessment program, if available. The state court administrator shall prescribe
practices and procedures for implementation of the preapplication screening assessment
program.
