Text
1.No signs or other matter advertising any brand of alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine shall
be erected or placed upon the outside of any premises occupied by a licensee or permittee
authorized to sell alcoholic liquor, beer, or wine at retail. However, signs or other advertising
matter may be erected or placed inside the premises, inside a fence or similar enclosure
which wholly or partially surrounds the premises, or inside a window facing outward from
the premises.
2.Violation of this section is a simple misdemeanor.
