1.Apersonholdingaclass“A”winepermitmaymanufactureandsell, orsellatwholesale,
wine for consumption off the premises. Sales within the state may be made only to persons
holding a class “A” wine permit and to persons holding a retail alcohol license. However, if
the person holding the class “A” permit is a manufacturer of native wine, the person may sell
only native wine to a person holding a retail alcohol license. A person holding a class “A”
wine permit may sell wine to distributors outside of the state that are authorized by the laws
of that jurisdiction to sell wine at wholesale. A class “A” wine permittee having more than one
place of business shall obtain a separate permit for each place of business where wine is to
be manufactured, stored, warehoused, or sold.
