Text
1.Unless otherwise provided by this chapter, the provisions of this chapter applicable to
beer shall also apply to canned cocktails.
2.Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, a manufacturer of
beer may obtain and possess alcoholic liquor from the department for the purpose of
manufacturing canned cocktails.
