Text
1.In any prosecution under this chapter for the unlawful sale of alcoholic liquor, wine, or
beer, including a sale which requires a shipment or delivery of the alcoholic liquor, wine, or
beer, shall be deemed to be made in the county in which the delivery is made by the carrier
to the consignee, or the consignee’s agent or employee.
2.Inanyprosecutionunderthischapterfortheunlawfultransportationofalcoholicliquor,
wine, or beer, the offense shall be held to have been committed in any county in which such
alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer is received for transportation, through which it is transported,
or in which it is delivered.
