Text
Theconsigneeofalcoholicliquor, wine, orbeershall, ondemandofthecarriertransporting
such alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer, furnish the carrier, at the place of delivery, with legal
proof of the consignee’s legal right to receive such alcoholic liquor, wine, or beer at the time
of delivery, and until such proof is furnished the carrier shall be under no legal obligation to
make delivery nor be liable for failure to deliver.
