Text

(a)The department may, at its discretion, enter into cooperative or reciprocal agreements with other supervisory or regulatory authorities or law enforcement and may furnish to such entities information contained in the examinations, reports, and institution files, provided that the information is to be used for confidential, regulatory purposes.
(b)Furnishing information as permitted by this Code section shall not be deemed to change the confidential character of the information furnished.
(c)The department may accept reports of examination and other records from such entities in lieu of conducting its own examination.
(d)Any examination reports, reports of investigation, or other information obtained from such entities shall be deemed the property of the providing entity and not avai
