Text

(a)A license issued pursuant to this article shall be kept in the place of business of the licensee, and a copy of such license shall be displayed prominently in every physical location in this state where money transmission is conducted. If the licensee has no physical location in this state, then the licensee's unique identifier shall be clearly posted and accessible through whichever medium the licensee engages in money transmission in this state.
(b)Such license shall not be transferable or assignable.
(c)No licensee shall engage in money transmissions under any name or names other than those authorized by the department in writing.
