A Georgia state representative office may engage in the activities authorized by this article at each location registered with the department as a representative office. A Georgia state representative office may change its location in this state by filing a letter form application with the department containing the street address and mailing address of the new location. Unless the department denies the application, the approval to relocate an existing Georgia state representative office under this Code section will be effective at the earlier of:

(1)The date of an approval letter from the department; or (2) Ten business days following the date of the department's acknowledged receipt of the application. All relocations shall include a notice to customers posted in a conspicuous place of t
