Text
(a)A foreign bank licensed under this article to establish and maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency shall not concurrently maintain a federal branch or federal agency in this state.
(b)A foreign bank which maintains a federal branch or federal agency in this state shall not concurrently be licensed under this article to maintain a Georgia state branch or Georgia state agency.
