§ 7-1-1110 — Service of process

Except as provided in Code Sections 7-1-1109 , 7-1-1112 , 7-1-1127 , and 7-1-1135 , a foreign bank operating in this state at a branch, agency, or representative office shall be subject to service of process at such location.
