§ 7-1-1109 — Regulatory authority

Without limiting the power conferred by this title, the department may make reasonable rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, for the interpretation and enforcement of this article, including, but not limited to, prescribing administrative fines for violations of this article and of any rules promulgated by the department pursuant to this article.
