§ 50-8-260 — Definitions

As used in this article, the term:
(1)"Department" means the Department of Community Affairs.
(2)"Fund" means the Georgia Downtown Renaissance Fund, a revolving loan fund originating low-interest loans for qualified investments in a downtown district.
