Text
The department shall receive all assets, excluding all real property and statues, of the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame Authority and the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame Board. The department shall be responsible for any contracts, leases, agreements, or other obligations of such board and authority. The department is substituted as a party to any contract, agreement, lease, or other obligation and is responsible for performance as if it had been the original party and is entitled to all benefits and rights of enforcement by any other parties to such contracts, agreements, leases, or other obligations. The statues owned or controlled by the Georgia Golf Hall of Fame shall be transferred by the department no later than January 1, 2011, to Augusta, Georgia, for public use by the Augusta-Richmond County
