Text
(a)The Georgia Commission on the Holocaust shall design, procure, and place in a prominent location a Georgia Holocaust Memorial to recognize and commemorate the millions of people, including six million Jews, murdered by the Nazis and their collaborators before and during World War II. Such project shall be subject to the availability of private funds for such purpose.
(b)The monument provided for in subsection (a) of this Code section shall be designed and placed by the commission.
