After receiving a Federal Bureau of Investigation report regarding a national fingerprint records check under Code Section 49-5-64 , the department shall make a determination based thereon and notify in writing the license applicant as to whether that records check was satisfactory or unsatisfactory. If the national fingerprint records check determination was unsatisfactory as to the director of an applicant's facility, after receiving notification of that determination, that applicant shall designate another director for such facility for which director the applicant has not received or made an unsatisfactory preliminary or fingerprint records check determination and proceed under the requirements of Code Sections 49-5-62 through 49-5-64 and this Code section to obtain state and national
