Text

(a)The authority may contract with any political subdivision of this state which is authorized by Code Section 46-4-100 to make such contracts for the payment of such rates, tolls, fees, and charges as may be prescribed by the authority for the use by such subdivisions or the residents thereof of the services, projects, and facilities of the authority, including the purchase of gas supply planning and development services. Any such political subdivision shall have the right and power, by resolution of its governing body, to make such a contract; and the amounts contracted to be paid by such political subdivision to the authority under such a contract shall constitute general obligations of such political subdivision for the payment of which the full faith and credit of such political subd
