Text

For purposes of enforcing the provisions of this article, the Commissioner:

(1)May investigate any offense under this article;
(2)May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of such investigations; and (3) Shall coordinate such investigation, to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.
