§ 37-3-208-1 — One-time provisional license

Between July 1, 2022, and June 30, 2025, the department shall be authorized to grant a one-time provisional license for an adult residential mental health program to an existing licensed personal care home that substantially complies with the requirements of this article for a period not to extend beyond June 30, 2025.
