Text

As used in this part, the term:

(1)"Inspection warrant" means a warrant authorizing a search or inspection of private property where such a search or inspection is one that is necessary for the enforcement of a "mental health law." (2) "Mental health law" means Code Sections 37-3-7 , 37-3-8 , and 37-4-7 , Chapter 6 of this title, and any rule or regulation duly promulgated thereunder.
