§ 29-9-1 — Application of chapter
Georgia·Title 29
Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, the provisions of this chapter shall apply to any proceeding in the court that arises under this title. Compliance with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to be sufficient for proceedings in the court arising under this title, except as otherwise provided in Chapter 11 of Title 9, Chapter 9 of Title 15, and Chapter 11 of this title.
