Employees of postsecondary technical schools governed by the system shall receive days off with pay, the total of which in any year shall not exceed the total of the number of state holidays provided by Code Section 1-4-1 and the number of annual leave days authorized by the rules and regulations of the State Personnel Board. The state board may, by policy, establish conditions regulating such days off with pay. Such employees shall accrue annual leave as provided for by the rules and regulations of the State Personnel Board.
