This article is not a promise or guarantee that any beneficiary will be:
(1)Admitted to any institution of higher education;
(2)Admitted to a particular institution of higher education after admission;
(3)Allowed to continue enrollment at an institution of higher education; or (4) Graduated from an institution of higher education.
