§ 20-3-518-1 — Definitions

As used in this part, the term:
(1)"Board" means the State Veterinary Education Board created under Code Section 20-3-518.2 .
(2)"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture.
(3)"Department" means the Department of Agriculture.
