§ 20-3-431 — "Eligible student" defined
Georgia·Title 20
For purposes of this subpart, the term "eligible student" means a person who:
(1)Is enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in the University of North Georgia for a minimum of 12 academic hours;
(2)Is or will be a citizen of this state for a period of at least 12 months immediately prior to the date of registration therein; and (3) Is enrolled in or plans to enroll in the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps program at the University of North Georgia.
