Text
The authority is authorized to establish and administer a state direct educational loan program pursuant to this subpart. The authority is authorized to prescribe all rules, regulations, policies, and procedures necessary or convenient for the administration of the program and all terms and conditions applicable to loans made under this subpart; provided, however, that they shall conform with this subpart.
