§ 20-3-345 — Trust agreements authorized; provisions of trust agreements and bond resolutions

In the discretion of the authority, any obligation issued under this subpart may be secured by a trust agreement by and between the authority and a corporate trustee, which may be any trust company or bank having the powers of a trust company within or outside the state. Such trust agreement or the resolution providing for the issuance of such obligations may pledge or assign all or any part of the revenues or assets of the authority derived or held by the authority under and pursuant to this subpart, including, without limitation, as they relate to this subpart: educational loans; educational loan commitments; temporary loans; contracts; agreements; other security or investment obligations, fees, or charges made or received; moneys received for the sale of or in payment of educational loa
