Text
As used in this article, the term:
(1)"Board of directors" or "board" means the board of directors of the education savings authority.
(2)"Commission" means the Georgia Student Finance Commission.
(3)"Director" means a member of the board of directors.
(4)"Education savings authority" means the Georgia Education Savings Authority created by this article.
