(a)There is created the Career and Technical Education Advisory Commission.
(b)(1) The commission shall consist of four members of the House of Representatives to be appointed by the Speaker of the House, one of whom shall be from the House Committee on Economic Development and Tourism, one of whom shall be from the House Committee on Agriculture and Consumer Affairs, one of whom shall be from the House Committee on Education, and one of whom shall be from the House Committee on Higher Education; four members of the Senate to be appointed by the President of the Senate, one of whom shall be from the Senate Economic Development Committee, one of whom shall be from the Senate Agriculture and Consumer Affairs Committee, one of whom shall be from the Senate Education and Youth Committee, and
