Text
All state departments, agencies, boards, bureaus, commissions, and authorities are authorized and required to make available to the alliance access to records or data which are available in electronic format or, if electronic format is unavailable, in whatever format is available. The judicial and legislative branches are authorized to likewise provide such access to the alliance.
