The General Assembly finds in regard to the creation of an Alliance of Education Agency Heads that said alliance should:

(1)Provide a forum for interagency communication regarding educational policy and programs;
(2)Provide for the effective and efficient coordination and seamlessness of public education programs and components within the education system of Georgia;
(3)Prevent unnecessary duplication of services within the education system of Georgia; and (4) Oversee and review all education accountability programs from pre-kindergarten through postsecondary education in Georgia.
