When the petition, abstract, and affidavit required by Code Section 14-4-120 have been filed in the office of the Secretary of State, he shall issue to the petitioning company under the great seal of the state a certificate in the following form: To all to whom these presents may come - Greetings: Whereas, the (here insert name of petitioning corporation), a corporation created and existing under the laws of this state, has filed in this office, in terms of the law, a petition asking that its charter be amended by changing (its corporate name, or its principal office, or the face value of each share of its capital stock, or the number of its board of directors, or the amount of any or all of its capital stock, as the case may be) from __________________ to __________________ and has compli
